If you’re returning your rental vehicle outside of regular office hours, Best Rent A Car offers a convenient after-hours drop-off option in Charleston for departing airport passengers only. This process is handled through our partner facility, Park & Go, located near the Charleston airport.

After-Hours Drop-Off Eligibility
The after-hours rental car return option is available only for customers departing from the airport. Local renters must return vehicles during normal office hours.
Please notify your rental agent in advance if you plan to return your vehicle after hours so we can ensure everything is prepared ahead of time.

After-Hours Drop-Off Instructions
When returning your vehicle after hours, please follow these steps:
- Drive to the Park & Go facility listed above.
- Park in the first available space you see.
- Collect all personal belongings from the vehicle.
- Lock the vehicle.
- Hand the keys directly to a Park & Go lot attendant. Do not leave keys inside the vehicle.
- Use the Park & Go shuttle service to travel to the airport after check-in.
Important Fees & Notes
- A $10 after-hours drop-off fee applies.
- This service is available only for departing airport passengers.
- If keys are locked inside the vehicle, a $150 service fee will be charged to unlock the car.
- Local renters must return vehicles during regular office hours.
